Creating an account is completely free. While we’re in testing mode, your first job postings are on us. Once posting fees apply, we’ll notify you by email with all the pricing details—no surprises.
If you don't post, you will not get charged. Your account will stay open unless you decide to delete it.
If you decide to cancel an hiring, the posting will not be refunded. As soon as you validate your job description, the amount is charged.
When your advertisement is paused, it won't be shown to candidates anymore. Once you unpause it, it will reappear, allowing them to apply.
Tzoli provides you with access to an unlimited pool of candidates. It's your choice to determine how many candidates you wish to interview before making your final decision.
Absolutely! You have the freedom to delete your account at any time, and it will be completely erased from our database. All associated data will be deleted as well. If you wish to use Tzoli in the future, you'll need to set up a new one.

Yes, registering on Tzoli is free. We understand that searching for a job is already a stressful time. Charging candidates during this process only adds to the burden—and that’s not the kind of support they need. Our approach ensures everyone has a fair chance to succeed without financial barriers holding them back.
When you create your account, your profile data is securely stored and matched against open job criteria. If your qualifications align with an employer’s needs, they’ll be able to reach out and begin the hiring process directly with you.
Tzoli is not part of the hiring process. Our mission is to connect job seekers with potential employers. Once a company reaches out to you, the hiring journey continues directly between you and them.
When a company creates an account on our platform, we verify its legitimacy to ensure you’re only contacted by real employers—not scammers.
